Our espresso menu is based upon the Italian tradition. In addition to our espresso we serve Cappuccino, Cafe Latte, and Cafe Macchiatto.
Our Signature tortes are made with layers of fresh sponge cake made on site with blankets of fresh Italian cream and Chantilly cream with a bath of signature alcohol essences. Our pastries are filled with Italian creams of Vanilla, Zabajone, Moka, Amaretto, Maraschino, Rum, and a growing list of other wonderful flavours. These are then dipped in either caramel, fresh pistachio, hazelnut or roasted almonds and dusted with powdered sugar.
