Our Signature tortes are made with layers of fresh sponge cake made on site with blankets of fresh Italian cream and Chantilly cream with a bath of signature alcohol essences. Our tortes are filled with Italian creams of Vanilla, Zabajone, Moka, Amaretto, Maraschino, Chocolate Cherry Rum, Limoncello, Limoncello Raspberry, Prima Vera (fresh fruit) , Mille Foglia (1000 layers of puff pastry) Chocolate Truffle (white, milk, or dark) Genoise Caramel, Fragola (Sicilian Strawberry) Our pastries are filled with identical flavoured creams and then dipped in either caramel, fresh pistachio, hazelnut or roasted almonds and dusted with powdered sugar.
